Week 1 Marketing Blog Post

Breanne Bridge

    Hello world! I want to start off by introducing myself, my name is Breanne Bridge, but most of my friends call me Bre for short. In life right now, I'm currently in the process of transferring to Western Oregon University to finish my Bachelors degree in Business Management. I'm currently unemployed because COVID-19, I am a server/bartender, so our dine in is no longer going on until they lift it back up and then I'll be able to go back to work. I work at my parent's restaurant at the Oregon Coast. Due to the degree I'm pursuing, this course is perfect for where I want to be down the road after I finish my degree. This class will definitely help me get a better understanding of marketing and good ways that can improve it, I'm looking forward to being apart of this class and putting the information to the future.

     I am interested in more of the business aspect of my degree, but marketing does interest me quite a bit and I would like to get more educational with that part of business. I really want to get a better handle on marketing and how to really grab the audience's attention, and more unique ways to spread the product or website out there. Something I'm passionate about is my pets, I have 4 golden retrievers and they are amazing. My family has always been animal lovers and have always had a dog or even a cat as well, all of them are currently in Texas with my parents because they just moved there in November from the Oregon Coast. I'm very close with my family so it is a bit harder with all of them so far away, but I make the most of it whenever I get the chance to visit my family and animals.
